  • How do returns work?
    IF YOU ARE NOT FULLY HAPPY WITH ANY ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER, YOU CAN RETURN THEM TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT, PROVIDING THEY ARE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. ONCE RETURNED, YOU WILL BE ENTITLED TO RECIEVE A REFUND, WHICH WILL NOT INCLUDE THE COST OF THE ORIGINAL POSTAGE AND PACKAGING. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO REFUND ITEAMS THAT APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN WORM, WASHED OR HAD THE CANNOT REMOVE IF REMOVED LABEL IS TAKEN OFF THE ITEM. ​ PLEASE ENSURE YOU ENCLOSE A COMPLETED RETURNS FORM WITH YOUR ORDER (IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE, YOU CAN DOWNLOAD FROM THE RETURNS PAGE) ENSURE YOUR RETURN IS WELL PACKAGED, AND MEETS ALL THE ABOVE CONDITIONS LISTED ENSURE THE LABEL STATING 'CANNOT RETURN IF REMOVED' STAYS ON AND ATTACHED TO THE ITEM AS IT COMES ORIGINALLY, IF THE LABEL IS REMOVED WE CANNOT PROCESS A REFUND RETURNS WITHIN THE UK SHOULD BE SHIPPED WITH A SERIVCE THAT PROVIDES A TRACKING NUMBER AND INSURNACE, AS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES.
